Step Up 3 is out today, and we have 50 copies to give away! Packed with jaw-dropping dance scenes, high drama and a good dose of romance thrown in for good measure Step Up 3 promises to be a corker of a film.
It follows the story of Moose (Adam G. Sevani) as he battles to win the World Street Dance Championships along with his crew The Pirates. To celebrate the opening of our largest ever store in Dublin’s Jervis Centre on the 4th November we’ve joined forces with one of our favourite street style blogs, Dublin Streets. They’ve snapped the finest street style from the Irish capital, and if you tell us who your favourite is you could win a ticket to the celeb-studded launch party for you & a friend. We’ve also secured a suite in the exclusive Morgan Hotel, so you can skip back to the party and relax in style. The LOOK Show is the only high-street catwalk show, we’ll be showcasing some of our top A/W outfits, as well as a ton of celebs and giveaways. We have two pairs of tickets for our lucky winners plus a friend, to hang out at the Look Show and cover all the action for us. Last week the New Look Press Team donned their finest and primped and preened for the party of the year. Attitude Magazine was celebrating their 16th birthday and we were there to capture all the goss.
Competition winner Ursula turned up in a gorgeous New Look dress (hey, the girl’s got taste!) accompanied by equally stunning friend Grace. She gave us her rundown of the night:
It was such a fun and fabulous experience, my best friend and I had a wicked time! We mingled with so many celebs and chatted and took photos with them, most of them were lovely and had time for us. My highlight was meeting Gok Wan, he was so nice and said he loved my New Look dress! My best friend Grace who is a fashion student at London College of Fashion was beside herself to meet some of the biggest fashion designers, Matthew Williamson and Ben de Lisi (omg!) and Paloma Faith who was really nice.

The word style icon is bandied about quite frequently these days, but one woman who surely deserves the title is Grace Kelly. Actress and then princess after her marriage to Rainier III, Prince of Monaco, she is remembered for her elegance and simplicity, with a wardrobe thriftiness that recalls our very own cost-conscious royals.
The V&A Museum in London is holding an exhibition to celebrate Kelly’s style, her famous Hermés bag features in the exhibition as well as a selection of some of her fabulous dresses. This is definitely one for the costume buffs, as you can really see the dresses up close and personal.

We remember what it’s like being a student. Living in teeny tiny little rooms, eating beans on toast 5 nights a week, studying all the time and not having any money to buy clothes….
